in kjms i have currently learned how to defend against a knife with an open hand, a short sword form, and how to grip a throwing knife. soooooo, i was wondering if there are any known and documented methods of traditional knife fighting? a search on google and a look on the wiki would only bring up knife makers and varieties, but i am interested in the method. de alba seems to have incorporated fma knife (and stick) work into his syllabus... but i was thinking there may be something more indigenous.
maybe chinese practises are a direction to look?
