Hi, James:

Is the cane and sword material your own construction?

Will the material you will be providing in Ohio be the same material as you present in Florida?

Inquiring minds want to know......

Best Wishes,

Bruce

Hello Bruce,
I am not sure about Ohio? Thats the first I have heard about that. But as far as the skills that I will be teaching, will be advanced concepts and principles as I understand them. The curriculum is of my formula. All the techniques are accumlutive knowledge and personal experience.
The cane and sword have many similarities and I plan to touch on that. But it is something that you really need to experience in order to truely appreciate it.

Thanks, James:

The reason I ask is that I also study cane and sword. I know that both weapons, when reduced to their fundamentals are used in prescribed manners often with a particular technique having four or five different names depending on the tradition. The value I see in coming to an event is the off-chance that something I will see or experience will trigger a new consideration to my own practice.

As I understood it, you were to present in Ohio later this Spring and were expected to do cane and sword there. It would simply be a matter of travel practicality if I could drive over to Ohio rather than fly down to Florida----rates being what they are. Thoughts?

Best Wishes,

Bruce

Hello Bruce and thank you for your message. I am not aware of an event in Ohio? But if you can make it to Flordia not only will you learn something or at lest improve you understanding of Cane and Sword, we are having a day of fun in the sun on the beach that Sunday!

Respectfully,
James Allison

Mr Sims,
If you are planning on coming please let either Mr. church or me know as we can arrange hotel reservations if you wish. Mr. Church is working on a discount rate at one near the training site.

Hope to see you there.

Respectfully,

Hello Everyone,
I would like to invite anyone that is in the area to stop by and say hello. We have a great seminar planned. Afterwards I am conducting a Black Belt test which is open to spectators. Hopefully I will see some of you there!!!!
